How do I place an order?
Website: The store that never shuts! Simply add the items to your bag, select checkout, then follow the prompts to enter your shipping details, payment information and any comments. An order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately.
Phone: 1300 468 789 (international +61 2 8073 3200). We're here to take your call 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of those hours, email and phone messages are checked and responded to regularly. NSW public holidays are observed (and appreciated!).

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Please note AMEX incurs a 2.4% surcharge.

Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order
Once your order has been confirmed simply transfer the funds, or post the cheque or money order. You will be immediately emailed the relevant payment details and full instructions. Briefly these are;

Please note: Orders will be shipped as soon as funds are received. If funds are not received within 7 working days, the order will be cancelled.
layby
If you’re keen on an item but not ready to purchase in full, why not layby? Pay 25% or more of your order total now and we'll hold your items for up to 60 days.
The balance must be paid in full within 60 days or the order will be cancelled and a fee may apply. The cancellation fee can be up to 25%, for example, in the case of a sale or end of season item.
After 50 days, if a balance is still outstanding a reminder will be sent via email.
Orders are shipped when the balance is paid in full.
For customised items, the items will not be produced until the balance is paid in full.
Layby is not available with Direct Deposit payments or orders less than $75 (including shipping).
Layby’s are firm sales – unfortunately due to our new system we are unable to amend/ change/ or add to a layby until final payment is made and layby is ready to be shipped
Layby’s are not available during sale days and we are unable to hold sale items.
How to make payments or pay the balance on your layby:
Payments can be made over the phone or through the website;

Website: Sign in and select the "my account" tab at the top of the page. You order history will appear. Click on the "make a payment" button and follow the prompts.

For that someone special, we can add a personalised gift tag to any order at no extra charge - simply note your message in the checkout comments.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
For $4.95, we’ll lovingly wrap your gift in one of our signature suitcases, complete with ribbon and personalised gift card.
If your gift does not fit the dimensions of the suitcase, it will be wrapped in a heavy-weight gloss white box or wrapping paper with sticker, ribbon and personalised gift tag.
Your gift can be sent directly to the recipient or to you, whatever you prefer! If you want it sent directly to the recipient simply put their address in the shipping address and a gift card message in the comments field at checkout.
Do you have gift vouchers?
We certainly do! When you can’t decide what to buy that special someone, give them one of our Baby’s Got Style gift certificates. They'll love you for it!

How do I redeem a gift voucher?
You can place the gift voucher number in the comments field at checkout and select direct deposit as the payment method. If there is a price difference needing to be paid you can directly deposit this, pay using PayPal or provide us your credit card details at checkout.
Alternatively you can give us a call and we can process the order over the phone.
Any balance left on the voucher remains and you can use the same voucher number on your next order.
Can I send gifts to hospitals?
We can send gifts to hospitals - we do however recommend you call the hospital prior to ordering to find out if gifts are accepted. We receive a lot of returned packages from hospitals that have been refused delivery.

Footwear: Sizing varies between manufacturers. Refer to the sizing chart links on the individual product pages. Hint: measure your Childs foot length and choose the shoe length 1cm longer, for example if your child’s foot measures 15cm from heel to toe they will need a size 8 (16cms)
How do I measure?
Height: Hang them upside down... Just kidding! Head to heel measurement, standing up for those who can or lying down for little ones.Chest: Measure under the armpits, around the largest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure around the waistline you normally wear your pants at.
Head: Measure around the head above the ears and eyebrow ridges.
Please note there is not a standardised sizing system for children's clothing. This is a guide we have produced to assist. As with adult fashion, different designers cut their garments differently and there will be variations in sizing between brands.

Within Australia
What are the shipping costs?All parcels within Australia will be delivered via Australian Air Express. For orders less than $50, there will be a flat rate of $6.95. For all orders over $50 the postage is FREE.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $50.
When will I receive my order?Orders placed before 1pm EST (weekdays) will be shipped the same day for overnight delivery. Orders containing custom made items are shipped in full once the custom item is ready.
Locations outside capital cities and major regional centres may take an extra day. Very remote locations will take longer. Check if you are in the overnight delivery area.
Is a signature required?During the checkout process, you have the option of requesting a signature on delivery or authority to leave. If a signature is requested and you are not at home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left for you to advise where the parcel is being held, this can be either a regional depot, an Australian Air Express Depot or your local post office.
Specific delivery instructions may be entered during the checkout process in section 3: Delivery under special instructions, eg “Please leave on front porch if not at home”
Has my order been shipped yet?A confirmation email will be sent to you advising when your order has been shipped and it’s tracking details.
Can I track my parcel?A confirmation email will be sent to you advising when your order has been shipped and it’s tracking details. This can also be viewed online in your account. Simply follow the link in our email once your order has been shipped. This will take you to our courier tracking website –enter your consignment number and check where your goodies are!
Incorrect delivery address/returned parcelsIf an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, the flat rate of $6.95 will apply to send it again.
International
Orders delivered outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST. This will be deducted from your order total during checkout, after your delivery address is entered.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 Australia wide only. On all international orders, if you spend over $50 with us you will be offered free shipping on your next order if placed within 3 weeks of your previous order.
When will I receive my order?Orders placed before 1pm EST will be shipped the same day (Weekdays only, orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be posted next business day).

Is a signature required?
Both services have signature on delivery security. Additionally, Express Post International (Australia Post’s express international service) ensures super fast delivery and tracking every step of the way.
If you’re not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels it’s not safe to leave, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office.

At Baby's Got Style, we will return and/or exchange items for you FREE OF CHARGE, and we will send you a replacement item the next day FREE OF CHARGE (Australia only).
Items must be unworn, unused and returned with 1 month of purchase, and we reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
We will accept returns on sale product, however return postage costs must be paid by the customer.
