Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn / unused and returned in a reasonable time frame; we can't accept seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items that are no longer stocked.

Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.

How to make a return

Step 1

Contact us to get a return authority number (RA#) - ph 1300 468 789 (international +61 2 9427 2726) or info@babysgotstyle.com.au

Step 2

Exchanges: Return the items to be exchanged; mark the RA# on the parcel and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in. (We will hold the items you wish to exchange for when your RA# is issued). *** Please note that your exchange items will be held for 3 weeks only.

Returns: Return the items to be refunded; mark the RA# on the parcel. You will be credited for the items as soon as they are received.

Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed. Should it occur we will work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis.
