Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order are welcomed. Layby is available when paying with Credit Card or PayPal.Pricing is in Australian Dollars. To see how it converts to your currency see www.xe.com.
All payments are processed securely using 128bit SSL encription and no card details are stored by the site.
Opening hours
You can order online anytime! General business hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Outside of business hours e-mail and phone messages are checked and responded to regularly. NSW public holidays are observed (and appreciated!)Delivery
Within Australia
Next day delivery is $6.95 for small parcels and $9.50 for large.
Orders must be placed before 1pm EST for delivery next business day.
Outside capital cities and major regional centres may take an extra day. Very remote locations will take longer.
Small parcels ($6.95) are sent via Express eParcel (Australia Post’s premium delivery service).
Large parcels ($9.50) and are sent via Australian Air Express Courier.
All parcels are fully tracked. If you’re not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels it’s not safe to leave, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office. Specific delivery instructions can be added in the comments field during checkout, eg. “please leave on porch if not home”.
Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen your order is replaced at our expense.
International
Orders placed before 1pm are shipped the same day.
Orders delivered outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST. This will be deducted from your order total during checkout, after your delivery address is entered.
