Payment
The most popular method of payment is using your credit card through the website (128bit SSL secure). You can also use credit card over the phone, via fax or e-mail. Likewise Paypal, Direct Deposits, Cheques, and Money orders can be used in all these ways.Opening hours
You can order online anytime! General business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Outside of business hours e-mail and phone messages are checked and responded to regularly. NSW public holidays are observed (and appreciated!)Delivery
Within Australia
Orders placed before 1pm EST are delivered the next business day in all capital cities and most regional centres. Other areas are delivered the following day (very remote locations may take longer).Most parcels cost $6.50, larger orders incur a maximum charge of $9.50. Price is calculated during checkout.
Delivery is via Express Post or Courier.
Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen the order is replaced at our expense. All that we ask is that you keep the damaged item/s and packaging and either mark it "return to sender" or take them to your nearest post office. For further instructions contact us.
Outside Australia
Orders to outside Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery is typically 3-5 business days, click here for exact timing to your country.Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken (basis charge $5.75, plus $2.10 for every insured $100 or part thereof). Just note in the comments field if you would like insurance for your order.
Orders delivered outside are exempt from 10% GST. The order total will be re-calculated during checkout, once your delivery address is entered.
